Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment.
• Helping patients develop, regain, or maintain daily activity skills.
• Teaching patients how to use adaptive equipment for activities.
• Studying, evaluating, and recording patients' activities and progress.

Education

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice
