Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist for assignment in Atlantic, Iowa. The OT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy per physician orders across a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week (days, 8-hour shifts).

Requirements include an accredited OT degree, Master’s in OT, NBCOT, 1+ year of experience, active state OT license or in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or actively in the licensure process
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services as ordered.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
