As a traveler, you manage patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, performing evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning while documenting visits.

ProTherapy Staffing is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment at an Inpatient, Outpatient facility in Atlantic, Iowa. This position pays $2,630 per week and includes housing and meal stipends that are non-taxable when the IRS tax-home rules are met.

The Role

Occupational therapists evaluate and treat patients so they can get back to the tasks of daily life, from dressing and bathing to returning to work or school, documenting each visit. In an inpatient setting, you treat patients during their hospital stay and help prepare them for discharge. In an outpatient clinic, patients come in for scheduled visits and the day runs on an appointment schedule.

• An active Occupational Therapist license in Iowa, or a compact privilege where Iowa accepts one, by the start date.
