Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and a tax-free stipend TBD. Start date 11/16/2026. Travel OT—must have NBCOT-OTR and BLS, with state licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of OT experience; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification required.
• NBCOT-OTR national certification required with state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history, questions, and observe tasks.
• Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan with specific goals and activities.
• Assist patients with various disabilities in performing tasks.
• Assess home or workplace for improvements based on health needs.
• Educate patients' family and employer on accommodations.
• Recommend equipment and instruct use of equipment.
• Record activities and progress for evaluations, billing, and reporting.
• Provide timely documentation following state and insurance guidelines.
