TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for an immediate opening in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The assignment begins on 05/25/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

The OT will evaluate and develop care plans for patients in need of improved daily living skills. Responsibilities include:

• Review patients' medical history, ask questions, and observe task performance.
• Evaluate condition and needs of each patient.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals and activity types.
• Assist patients with various disabilities in performing tasks.
• Assess patients' home or workplace environments and recommend improvements.
• Educate families and employers on accommodations and care strategies.
• Recommend and instruct on use of special equipment.
• Record activities and progress for evaluations, billing, and reporting.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged). • BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification. • State licensing necessary. • Ability to stand and walk long periods; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
