Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity.
• Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care.
• Complete assessment/reassessment and make decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.
