Location: Nashville, Tennessee. Start ASAP. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and collaborating with care teams to implement care plans. Active TN RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in a similar acute care setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
