Qualifications

• Appropriate certifications and licensure as needed for the position
• Experience in travel nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor and document patient condition and communicate with care team
• Coordinate patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age and culture
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being
