Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in OB/GYN for a travel assignment in Hanford, CA.

Start date 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks, night shifts 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with 36 guaranteed hours per week in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital, providing care and coordinating with disciplines.

You'll supervise nursing staff, deliver education to patients and families, document in EPIC, and participate in discharge planning, with travel support and fast credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• EPIC experience required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated OB/GYN nursing care per standards of care.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Collect data, develop care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Document in EPIC with accurate charting and timeliness.
• Collaborate with care team to maintain a safe healing environment.
• Support L&D recovery and assist with cesarean deliveries as needed.
