Position: Registered Nurse - Telemetry T7
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: NV RN license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (APEX), Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient telemetry/PCU experience, competency exam in rhythm strip interpretation, prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for patients with diagnoses such as NSTEMI, post-cath care, CHF, COPD, CVA, and ETOH intoxication.
Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to other units up to their competency level. May work major holidays and pick up an additional shift during the schedule period. The department is fast-paced, serving a 500-mile radius, with a patient ratio typically between 1:4 to 1:6.
