Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive cardiac patient care within a telemetry setting. You will monitor rhythms, deliver treatments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, responsive patient care.

Ideal candidates have a current RN license, BLS and ACLS, at least one year of telemetry experience, and strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork in dynamic clinical environments.

Qualifications

Role:

Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac patient care in a telemetry unit.

Key Duties:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities.


• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with cardiac procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.


• Assess, document, and respond to patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.


• Educate patients on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications.


• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• One year of recent telemetry nursing experience.


• Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
