Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a travel setting and across multiple facility assignments.

You will monitor patient responses, administer medications, coordinate with the healthcare team, ensure room readiness and supply stock, transport patients as needed, and contribute to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ RN telemetry experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Relevant certifications as required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility.
• Ability to work independently or under supervision.

Responsibilities

Role:

Telemetry Registered Nurse responsible for providing specialized patient care in a travel setting.
