RN - Pediatric OR
- Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities required: 1 weekend every 6-8 weekends, 1 weeknight per week Monday through Thursday, and holiday on-call as operationally needed
- Travelers are required to float as needed
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required
- Kidney transplant experience required
- Pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma experience required
- Level I and Level II Trauma experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Patients served include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, and adults
- Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and pharmacy
- Pass/fail telemetry exam required prior to start with strict passing criteria and a passing score of 80% or higher
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), PALS, Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
- Key skills required include but are not limited to: Pedi General OR, ambulatory OR, transplant regulatory charting, trauma, craniotomy, spinal fusion, organ donation, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, and a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures

The facility is home to a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center and a Level IV NICU, serving patients throughout the region and beyond.
