Alliance Services, Inc. seeks a travel RN in the OR for Iron Mountain, MI. This assignment is 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, with start between 5:45 AM and 9:00 AM and duties across Pre-surgery, OR, and PACU.

You’ll work across General, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology cases, with scrubbing not required for RNs. Paragon EMR is used; orientation is provided and BLS is required.

Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Day shifts with 8-hour shifts beginning between 5:45 AM and 9:00 AM and ending between 1:45 PM and 5:00 PM
• Call requirements include weekdays, weekends, and holidays with rotation through trained RNs
• Approximately 5 call days per month with weekday call running from 2:30 PM to 6:30 AM and weekend call running from 2:30 PM Friday through 6:30 AM Monday
• Must be ready to make incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases
• Manager builds schedule
• Cover Pre-surgery/PATT, OR, and PACU
• Facility operates 4 suites with 3 running concurrently and an average of 9 cases per day
• Common cases include General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.)
• Must have experience with General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology specialties as well as Pre-surgery and PACU
• Scrubbing is not required for RNs
• Charting system: Paragon EMR
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• One week of orientation provided
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks

The facility provides a full continuum of surgical care including Pre-surgery/PATT, intraoperative, and PACU services.
