Shift: Days (40 hrs/week)

Facility: Trios Health – Kennewick, WA
Unit: Operating Room (6 OR Suites)
Ratio: 1:1
Charting: Paragon
Trauma Level: III

Core Responsibilities

• Intraoperative Nursing Care: ~20 hrs/week
  Circulating for surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environment, patient safety, and surgical workflow.
• Pre/Post-Procedure Coordination: ~6–8 hrs/week
  Patient preparation, surgical verification, equipment setup, and PACU handoff communication.
• Surgical Specialty Support: ~8–10 hrs/week
  Supporting General Surgery, Robotics, Urology, GYN, Spine, Orthopedics (including total joints), Hand, Podiatry, and Vascular procedures.
• Documentation & Compliance: ~3–4 hrs/week
  Surgical charting, case documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality measures.
• Call Coverage: Variable
  • 7 call shifts/month
  • Must include 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday, and 1 holiday call

Key Requirements

• RN License
• 3+ years OR experience required
• Strong circulating experience across multiple specialties
• Experience with robotic and orthopedic procedures preferred
• Adult and geriatric patient care experience
