Job summary

TotalMed RN in Brooklyn, MD is seeking a travel Nursery RN for a 13-week assignment. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts in a neonatal setting, with travel pay and stipends typical for travel nursing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care nursery experience, BLS/NRP/STABLE certifications, and the ability to handle a fast-paced hospital environment while providing patient and family support.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Maryland required.
• BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required.
• 1–2 years acute care Nursery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to well babies.
• Provide light oxygen therapy to babies.
• Respond promptly to the needs of a newborn.
• Administer vaccinations and newborn screens per hospital policy.
• Administer treatments, tests and procedures.
