LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity patient care, monitor life-support equipment, and respond promptly to deteriorating conditions.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer complex medications, document assessments, educate families, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining safety and compassion under pressure.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU experience.
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and patient needs.
• Proficiency in clinical procedures, documentation, and technology.
