Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) position located in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves supporting adult cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures within a high-volume Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with nine surgical suites, including two hybrid rooms. The position requires working dayshift hours, with on-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Indiana nursing license or equivalent, Nursys license verification, professional profile or resume, professional references, and completion of skills checklist.
• Additional Information: The successful candidate will support complex open-heart cases such as heart transplants, HeartMate III, Impella, and ECMO procedures, utilizing advanced technology including a Da Vinci Robot for thoracic surgeries. The unit is a Level 1 Trauma Center, Burn Center, and VAD/Transplant Center, offering diverse clinical experiences.
