Job summary

Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab in Brown Deer, WI seeks a compassionate RN to deliver high-quality resident care. The role focuses on safety, recovery, and educating patients and families on prevention and healthy habits.

The RN will monitor patients, collaborate with physicians, administer medications, supervise LPNs, and participate in ongoing education to maintain professional standards and excellent care outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient's charts.
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
