*What You’ll Be Doing as a Registered Nurse in ICU:*
* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
* Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and organ function.
* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
* Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to manage patient care.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Document care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with protocols.
* Educate patients and families on health conditions, recovery, and prevention strategies.

*What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Registered Nurse:*
* *Active NY RN License.*
* *Certifications:* BLS, ACLS and
* *Experience:* A minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience.
