Job summary

Optum On-Site is seeking a Travel Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waupaca and Marinette, WI. This role is primarily on-site, covering providers while they are on PTO or completing CEUs. Mileage reimbursement is provided; overnight travel includes hotel and car rental.

Schedules are planned to minimize frequent trips between sites. Primary responsibilities include wellness exams, acute minor illness care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, and behavioral

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality primary care services including: Wellness and Preventive Physical Exams
• Acute care of minor illness and injuries
• Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care
• Minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.)
• Lifestyle and well-being counseling
• Medical management of behavioral health conditions
