At Optum, you will have clinical resources, data and support of a global organization behind you to help patients live healthier lives. This role is primarily on-site, covering providers while they are on PTO or completing CEUs. Mileage reimbursement is provided based on state requirements; if travel to a site assignment requires overnight stay, hotel and car rental are provided. Schedules are planned to reduce excessive travel and avoid regular back-and-forth between Waupaca and Willamette. Clinic locations and hours for each site are below.
Waupaca Foundry: N2610 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981
Mon–Thu: 7am–6pm; Friday: 7am–3pm
Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143
Mon–Tue and Thurs–Fri: 7am–5pm
Compensation is based on multiple factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. In addition to salary, Optum offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility). The hourly pay range for this role is $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
