White Glove Placement, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN leader for a 14-week Travel Assistant DON role. Ideal candidates have a strong Med/Surg background with proven supervisory experience and NY RN licensure.

The assignment requires alternating weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and relocation support for travel contracts. Qualified applicants will hold an active NY RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and BLS certification, with 7+ years nursing and 5+ years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN License required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Med/Surg experience required.
• NYSED verification of NY RN license/registration required.
• Strong patient care and employee performance management experience.
• Ability to monitor unit performance and assist with corrective actions.
• Experience with medication error documentation and counseling.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
