Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license in the state of employment or ability to obtain it.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
- Experience in long-term care or acute care nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour leadership and oversight of the Nursing Department.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote clinical excellence.
- Oversee resident care planning to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor quality measures, infection prevention, staffing, and documentation.
- Assist facilities with survey preparation and performance improvement.
- Participate in admissions decisions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Lead daily clinical operations, scheduling, and quality initiatives.
