Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to translate clinical nursing expertise into hands-on training for Registered Nurses and physicians on patient and hemodynamic monitors.

You will deliver peer-to-peer education, in-servicing, and support for medical device implementations across hospital settings, collaborating with staff to meet education needs and ensuring effective adoption of new technology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• 3+ years ICU/ER critical care experience within last 5 years.
• Experience with hemodynamics and pressure monitoring lines.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally; comfortable with basic software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations
• Assess customer education needs and collaborate to deliver a positive educational experience
• Utilize nursing expertise to answer questions about the medical device and clinical use
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to client during and after in-service assignments
• Training for this role is provided and paid
