Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to train Registered Nurses and Physicians on patient and hemodynamic monitors. This role blends clinical nursing expertise with education to support medical device implementations.

You will deliver peer-to-peer education, assess customer needs, and provide updates and feedback to clients. Travel regionally and nationally is required, and training is paid. An RN license and ICU/ER experience are essential.

Qualifications

• RN Degree - Associates required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Active and Unrestricted RN license required.
• 3+ years experience in critical care (ICU or ER) within the last 5 years.
• Experience with hemodynamics and using pressure lines.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs.

Responsibilities

• Train RNs and Physicians on patient and hemodynamic monitors.
• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Assess education needs and tailor training for a positive educational experience.
• Utilize clinical nursing expertise to address questions about the device.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to the client during and after in-service assignments.
