Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to train Registered Nurses and Physicians on patient and hemodynamic monitors, applying clinical expertise beyond direct patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

The role involves peer education, travel regionally and nationally, and paid training in a fast-paced medical device setting. Immunization/credentialing requirements apply; driving and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• RN degree required (Associates) or higher; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• 3+ years of critical care (ICU/ER) in a hospital in the last 5 years.
• Experience with hemodynamics and pressure monitoring.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally; comfortable with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff on medical device implementations.
• Assess customer education needs and tailor sessions to deliver positive educational experiences.
• Use clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns about the medical device.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
• Travel regionally and nationally to support customer needs; driving is a business requirement.
