Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 6-week assignment in Plainfield, New Jersey. The role requires 1 year of experience and involves preparing radiopharmaceuticals, administering agents, and operating a scanner or gamma camera.

You will work 24 hours per week, 8-hour days, with safety procedures and PACS system usage. Travel for assignments is supported by TotalMed Allied, with weekly pay and listed benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
• Must have active ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT with state license where required.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with PACS and radiopharmaceutical procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceutical agents and administer to patients.
• Operate the scanner or gamma camera.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols.
• Assist physicians and staff during procedures and ensure a safe environment.
