Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Somerville, New Jersey. The role includes 40 hours per week with days shifts and requires 1 year of NMT experience, BLS, ARRT(N) NMTCB-CNMT, and state licensure when required.

As an NMT, you will perform procedures under supervision, manage patient prep, operate scanners, and maintain records while adhering to safety and radiation disposal procedures. Travel role with tax-free stipend TBD.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT (N) certification with NMTCB-CNMT registration or state licensing when required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures under physician oversight.
• Position patients and prepare them for procedures.
• Operate scanner/gamma camera and inject radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols.
• Use McKesson PACS for image management.
