• Handle 6–10 scans per day in an acute care hospital setting.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Synapse/PACS imaging systems; work with in-house radiologist.
• 4x10 hour day shifts; weekend and holiday call; no cross-department floating.
• Provide high-paced, accurate imaging with patient safety in mind.

• Acute care hospital setting in the Nuclear Medicine department
• Department has 4 scanners/rooms with GE and Siemens equipment
• Performs cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, parathyroid, thyroid, thyroid therapy, and DAT studies
• Average of 6-10 scans/studies per day

• No floating to other departments required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced Nuclear Medicine department

• Must be able to start IVs
• Driver's license copy required for consideration

Additional Information

• No dedicated Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on site
• No use of Registered Radiology Assistants (RRAs)
• Department-specific orientation provided
• One week of orientation required, with clinicians expected to be in-state even if initial modules are remote
• No scrubs provided; solid colors required with no prints or graphics
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility
