American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lakewood, CA. The role requires ARRT(N) and CNMT, with Epic EMR experience and a CA license. You will work a 40-hour week on a day shift, with shared standby coverage and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Current ARRT(N) and CNMT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Epic EMR experience documented in work history.
• Active California state license required at time of application.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
• Specialized unit experience within the past 2 years (1 year FTE).
• Two supervisor references required.
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, PPE, starting IVs, and handling radioactive materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures and maintain radioactive material safety.
• Work with another technologist for shared standby coverage, including weekends.
• Operate imaging systems from GE, Hitachi, Philips, Siemens and Toshiba.
• Document using Epic EMR for patient records and workflow.
• Travel assignment with local candidates paid at the same rate.
