Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an acute care hospital in Apple Valley, California. The assignment is 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, lasting 13 weeks and 1 opening. Requires 1+ year experience and ARRT or NMTCB certification; CA license if applicable.

Weekend call is required, with possible float to sister facilities nearby. Knowledge of Siemens equipment and comprehensive bone, brain, liver, renal, thyroid and lung scans, including SPECT

Qualifications

1+ year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required.
ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
California state license required if applicable.
Community hospital experience preferred.
Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform bone, brain, liver, renal, thyroid and lung scans, including SPECT imaging.
Cardiac stress testing and pharmacological stress protocols.
Handle 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10hour / 5x8hour options.
Weekend call required; may float to sister facilities near the contracted location.
