TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Aurora, Colorado. The position offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, 8‑hour shifts.

As an NMT, you will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, inject them under a radiologist’s supervision, operate the scanner, and image patients while maintaining safety and accurate records.

Requirements: 1 year of experience; BLS, ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT with state licensing as required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• Current BLS and ARRT (N) certification; NMTCB-CNMT registration.
• State-specific license when required.

Aufgaben

• Obtain required approval and signature by nuclear medicine physicians.
• Transfer, position, and instruct patients in preparation for procedures.
• Operate the scanner or gamma scintillation camera.
• Perform procedures including injecting radiopharmaceuticals under radiologist supervision.
• Provide assistance to patients during procedures.
• Ensure safety and radiation disposal procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
