Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The NMT will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, administer them, and operate imaging systems while ensuring safety and accuracy of records.

Required certifications include ARRT (N) and NMTCB-CNMT, with state licensing as applicable; 1 year of experience is needed. Travel shifts are 8-hour, with 40 hours/week and rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine.
• Certification in ARRT (N) and NMTCB-CNMT; state licensing as required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and handle safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and inject under supervision.
• Operate gamma camera/scanner and position patients.
• Maintain patient records and PACS documentation.
• Follow radiation safety and disposal procedures.
• Provide patient care during procedures and assist physicians.
