Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Columbus, IN. The NMT will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, administer them, and operate imaging equipment under radiologist supervision. Requires ARRT (N), NMTCB-CNMT with state licensing and 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, safety procedures, record-keeping, and collaboration with physicians and researchers. Travel role offers 40 hours/week and 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine required.
• Certification: ARRT (N) and NMTCB-CNMT with active registration.
• BLS certification and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and administer to patients.
• Operate scanner or gamma camera to capture images.
• Support physicians and researchers in procedures and safety.
• Position, instruct, and monitor patients during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols.
