RESPONSIBILITIES:

3. Perform acknowledgments and proofs.
4. Certify copies.
5. Witness or attest signatures.
6. Conduct depositions and affidavits.
7. Note protests.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification. Notary Bond is not required.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

PAYMENT:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
