Notary Signing Agent Administrative

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Location: Remote

Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now seeking to hire a Notary Signing Agent to work remotely in the U.S. only.

Essential Duties:
  1. Provide support to the Owners and assist in daily administration needs.
  2. Manage various administrative activities, as assigned by Owners.
  3. General accounting and bookkeeping of Company records.
  4. Prepare Affidavits, notarize documents, and maintain the appropriate filing systems (i.e., Cloud).
Additional Duties:
  1. Help manage Accounts receivables.
  2. Maintain Client database and keep contacts up-to-date.
  3. Organize and schedule orders that come via email.
  4. Generate invoices for Owners to populate and issue.
  5. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  6. Update and maintain Company policies and procedures.
  7. Order Company supplies when requested.
  8. Provide general support to Clients and Owners.
Qualifications:
  1. MUST BE NOTARY PUBLIC (or soon to become one).
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. High School or equivalent (Preferred).
  4. Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
Skills:
  1. High School degree or Associate's Degree.
  2. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills.
  3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Job Requirements:

General office equipment, computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

Compensation:

$12.00 - $25.00 per hour
