Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for NICU duties in Springfield, MO. The selected nurse will provide direct care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU on night shifts, with the flexibility to cover multiple units based on patient demand.

Requires an active RN license in Missouri or eligibility, BLS, NRP, and at least 2 years NICU experience with vent management. 36 hours per week with 12-hour nights, travel position.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with Missouri licensure or eligibility.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience with vent competence; flexible, positive personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in NICU.
• Work across units based on patient volume.
• Coordinate care with ancillary staff to optimize outcomes.
• Follow Missouri Nurse Practice Act and Mercy standards.
