Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN NICU Nurse for a role in Springfield, Missouri. This position involves providing specialized care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, including working night shifts and floating to other units as needed.

The successful candidate will be required to have a valid RN license and at least 2 years of NICU experience. The role offers a housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance, and competitive salaries.

Qualifications

• Must provide license on first day.
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility.
• If previously employed at the facility, must have been separated for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized care for newborn infants.
• Working night shifts with weekends and holidays as needed.
• Floating to Women & Newborn unit and Pediatrics as required.

Skills

Valid RN license

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

2 years NICU experience at level 3 or higher

Previous travel experience preferred

Tools

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
