Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Neonatal ICU RN for a travel assignment in Canton, GA. The NICU RN will provide critical care to sick and premature infants, supporting families and the care team during 13 weeks of travel work. 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour week are typical, with additional certifications potentially required.

• 1-2 years of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification required; NRP certification preferred.
• Travel RN assignment in NICU with 13-week duration.

Responsibilities

• Care for sick or premature infants in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs and initiate corrective actions.
• Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
• Change dressings and insert catheters/start IVs.
• Provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
• Monitor and adjust equipment such as incubators and ventilators.
