Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a neonatal intensive care RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.
• Operate advanced NICU equipment and monitor patient status.
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
