Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a NICU travel RN for night shift assignments in Webster, TX. You will support neonatal care, administer medications, and perform critical NICU procedures during 13-week contracts onsite.

Requirements include BLS, NRP, RN license, and NICU experience. You will work 12-hour nights with a 4 on/5 on-call weekend pattern, on-site at Webster Medical Center.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the United States with current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Experience in NICU or neonatal care is preferred.
• Ability to perform procedures and escalations per unit policy.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform EMB procedures and follow the five rights protocol.
• Care for neonates with NG/OG tubes and feeding orders.
• Support CPAP, high-flow and nasal cannula treatments.
• Assist with PIVs, PICCs, UAC/UVC placements as needed.
• Conduct lab draws and document results accurately.
• Maintain safe sleep practices for preterm infants (32–34 weeks).
• Communicate with OT/ST and care team; escalate concerns promptly.
