Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Tennessee. The assignment runs 13 weeks with start date 10/25/2026, 36 hours per week, nights, in a travel capacity.

The role requires 18 months of NICU experience, active RN license, BLS, PALS & NRP, and a degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting.
• Active RN License.
• BLS, PALS, & NRP Certifications.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
• Work in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for high‑risk newborns requiring high‑technology care, including ventilators, incubators, or other special equipment or surgery.
