American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level II Neonatal ICU position in Winchester, TN. Requires TN or Compact RN license and 2+ years NICU experience. Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with every 3rd weekend or as needed.

Benefits include housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, day-1 benefits, and non-taxed per diem. Must reside 60+ miles away and have no full-time employment elsewhere during assignment.

Competenze

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience at a Level II facility or higher.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum mothers and their newborns in the NICU.
• Work in a Level II NICU within the OB department on the 3rd floor.
• Operate NICU equipment such as CPAP, ventilators, UVC, and IV therapy.
• Document in Meditech and OB TraceVue.
• Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; weekend work every 3rd weekend or as needed.
• Floating to Postpartum/Well Baby Nursery; no on-call requirements.
