Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a NICU Travel Registered Nurse for a Pennington, NJ assignment. Start 10/26/2026, 8 weeks, guaranteed hours, night shifts 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3x12). Level III NICU with Cerner EMR, supportive team, and family education focus.

Requirements include NJ RN license (or compact), BLS/NRP, and at least 2 years NICU experience; travel nursing experience preferred. Weekly pay range is $2,028–$2,163 with 36 hours guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey or a compact state at time of submission.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a Level III NICU and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal nursing care for critically ill and high-acuity infants in a Level III NICU.
• Monitor and interpret infant vital signs, respiratory status, and hemodynamics; assist with ventilator or respiratory support as needed.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care, progress notes, and plans using Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social work to coordinate care.
• Support families with education, discharge planning, and transition to appropriate care levels.
