Responsibilities:

• Float to various ICU and intermediate care units including Medical ICU, Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Surgical Trauma ICU (Level 1), Neuro & Neurosurgery ICU, Critical Care, and Intermediate Care Special Pathogens Unit (COVID).
• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in different ICU settings.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including float and shift schedules.
• Manage patient needs during assigned shifts and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
