Pay Range: 1802.25 - 1892.36

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment. BLS, NRP, & STABLE required. NICU II experience required. CPAP experience required. 2 years of experience required. Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms. Candidate must have a record of multiple successfully completed assignments and no cancellations. Certifications in NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the stability of cardiopulmonary, neurologic, metabolic, and thermal functions of neonates in a Level II NICU.
• Assist with specialized procedures such as lumbar puncture and endotracheal resuscitation of newborns 32 weeks or greater.
• Initiate, modify, or stop treatments according to protocols or orders.
• Proficiently manage respiratory support systems, including High Flow O2, CPAP, Bubble CPAP, and Mechanical Ventilation.
• Support stabilization and preparation of pre-term infants less than 32 weeks for transport to a Level III facility.
