Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a neonatal intensive care RN required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification required.
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill or premature neonates.
• Administer medications and treatments per NICU standards.
• Perform neonatal assessments and vital signs checks.
• Operate NICU equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Assist with procedures like umbilical line placement and intubation.
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and feeding.
