Qualifications

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Minimum of 3 years of neonatal intensive care nursing experience.
• Current RN license with ability to submit licensure.
• Cardiac stability experience and travel nursing background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in NICU.
• Manage complex patient cases and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan care.
• Support shift coverage and maintain patient safety during 12-hour days.
