Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona. The NICU RN will care for premature infants and high-acuity neonates in an acute care setting on 12-hour night shifts, with a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

A minimum of 3 years NICU experience and current BLS certification are required. The assignment runs from 12/07/2026 to 03/08/2027, totaling 13 weeks with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years NICU experience.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Current license to practice.
• Proficient in sterile field, lifts, restraints and wound care.
• Valid Driver's license for verification.

Responsibilities

• Care for premature infants and high-acuity NICU patients.
• Work 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Maintain sterile field and participate in SIMs Lab onboarding.
• Follow unit protocols for patient safety and high acuity neonatal care.
